Introduction 

      C4 acts the same as C1 with the addition of symphytum,it counts for almost all the bone affilictions, including bone marrow and Osteomyelitis. It is very effective in joint pains,stiffness and atrophy of muscles,tooth decay and surprisingly enough ,relieves obesity and weight gathering. Tuberculosis of the hip bone is a special sphere of it's action.

        As this remedy acts upon bones,nails ,hairs ,so this remedy is used is used for maldevelopment of bones fractures, dislocations ,alopecia ,dandruff,deformities of teeth qnd teeth decaying . It Specifically acts upon calcareous deposits in the cellular structures i.e used in case of gout which will lead to dysarthria ,arthralgia,muscular pains and stiffness. There may be changes appear in the eyes so this remedy is also used in case of cataract. This remedy is also used in case of renal calculi in the cases when pain shifts towards the ureters.

Therapeutics 

       Specifically used in deposition of calcareous material joints ,used in calculi formation. It mainly on acts on substances which are related with bones as CA and Ph .,deformity of bones complications of dentition ,fistula of gums ,necrosis,ch.purulant catarrah,suppuration and also effects male female genitalia's.

Dilution and it's uses 

1.1st dil :joint pain and stiffness 
2.2nd dil: ulcers and decaying of bones,polypi of nose and ear 
3.3rd dil: T.b of hip bone, osteoarthritis, uterine polypi.

Dosage 

5.10 globules with water B.D in cancer 
5 globules B.D in tumour 
3-5 globules in nasal tumours
