                   (S1 (-Nux) +berberis) 

Introduction 
      Fifth of the Scrofolosos series, this combination contains medicinal plants of S2, replacing Nux, with berberis vulgaris. This combination is more reliable, stronger than S1 Or S2 in disorders of gastro intestinal tract and arthritis. It is indicated in skin diseases if S3 fails. It completes the cure after S3 improves but is unable to accomplish the cure in liver disorders due to structural impairment.

          This remedy is specifically used in case of digestive disorders which are mainly appear due to the improper secretions of the mucous membrane. 

      In this way this remedy is too much useful in case of chronic disease of G. I. T. It partially acts upon kidneys and specifically used in case of renal celic which mainly appear as a result of renal stones and also used for dysmia. It also maintains renal functions. In this way this remedy is much useful in case of gout and rheumatism specially in those conditions which are appeared due to the deposition of uric acid in the joint spaces and this deposition mainly leads by the defective renal functions. 

    This combination is success user in entero colitis, gastritis, dysentery, ranal colic, nephritis , laryngitis, tonsollitis, goitre, dysmenorrhoea, sterility and insect bite. It is considered as muscular remedy so used in muscular atrophy, muscular deformity, mainly ok paralytic condition and in case of C. N. D. disorder mainly motor spinal nervous system particularly anterior horn cells.

Dilution and it's uses 

(A) In 1st dil :Renal colic 
(B) In 2nd dil : Deafness, headache, lumbago, muscular stiffness 
(C) In 3rd dil : skin diseases
(D) In high dil : allergy, uryicaria, leucoderma 

Dosage 
 (A) dry glo :5-10globules with meal B.D 
(B) for renal colic : 10 glo per hrs. 

Ointment :elephantiasis, lymphadenopathy. Muscular pain. 

Injection: with R. E used in case of paralysis 2-1unit B. D Or O. D according to condition.
